Yes. Our wizard is so easy to use that you probably wont need any training. However, if you ever need support our reps are always available via a phone call or our online support center.

  • 6. What versions of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager do you support?

We officially support versions 4 to current. Versions older than 4 may work but are not officially supported. The Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition (CUCMBE), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) are all supported.

A VMware server to house our media relay appliance. The media appliance distributes content from our software in the cloud to your IP Phones. The VMware image contains 2GB of memory, 2 64 Bit processors, and is available in 50, 100, 130, 150, and 200 GB versions.

  • 8. Do you help with set up and installation?

Yes. Once you have purchased your license, we will send you a unique URL and login credentials for our system. We will also send you our Cisco Unified Communications Manager set up document, which can be distributed to the person in your company responsible for managing your phone system. Configuration literally takes minutes.

You can place your order directly through our web site by clicking the Purchase Now button in the main navigation. We accept Purchase Orders and Credit Card transactions. Once your order is received and successfully processed, you will receive your CommandCenterHD URL, the Quick Start Guide and access to our online support center. If you have additional questions or need assistance, feel free to call or email us.

  • 11. What software do I need to run my phones?

You are able to use the same CommandCenterHD account for your phones and DMS.

  • 12. Do you have templates or content I can use so that I don't have to create my own?

Yes. Your CommandCenterHD account grants you access to our Marketplace where you can download templates and images. Some are free, some you pay for (all are under $10).
